Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If it’s not the right fit, returns are simple.

30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@misujewellery.com with:

• your order number

• the item(s) you’d like to return

• the reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the next steps.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn and in original condition

• returned in original packaging

• free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear

Refund timing
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different piece instead, email us and we’ll guide you to the fastest option.
