Here’s everything you need to know after you place an order.
Order confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at contact@misujewellery.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Order updates
When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
Missing or damaged order
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the packaging and items.
